The Most Efficient Follow-up

Here are a few helpful tips when meeting clients, collecting business cards and scheduling appointments:

#1. Business Cards are like Ice Cream, you have 24 hours to follow-up with them before they melt.
#2. WHEN FOLLOWING-UP WITH CLIENTS ALWAYS TAKE CONTROL OF THE CONVERSATION AND WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ALWAYS OFFER TWO TIMES.... NEVER GIVE THEM THE OPTION TO SAY YES OR NO. YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO GET THE APPOINTMENT THIS WAY.
#3. OBJECTION CYCLING: WHEN FOLLOWING-UP ALWAYS SAY THINGS LIKE "I KNOW YOU ARE REALLY BUSY BUT......" THIS ELIMINATES THE OBJECTION "IM REALLY BUSY THIS WEEK." AGAIN YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO GET THE APPOINTMENT.
